Ingredients

650g seafood marinara mix (Woolies sells a great mix or any seafood shop)
30g butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
425g can tomatoes
60ml (¼ cup) dry white wine
60ml (¼ cup) water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons cornflour
2 tablespoons water, extra
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Method
Combine butter, onion and garlic in large shallow dish, cover and simmer for a few minutes.  Add undrained crushed tomatoes, wine, water and tomato paste and simmer for a further 5-10 minutes.

Stir in blended cornflour and extra water, and cook for about 1 minute or until mixture boils and thickens. Add seafood marinara mix to hot tomato sauce and cook for about 3 minutes or until seafood is just tender; stir several times during cooking. Add chopped herbs and serve with a hot pasta (spaghetti or fettincini is great).
